Google TV is getting a lot of buzz lately and that it should because I personally think the more competition we have in that market the better for the consumers (like you and me). We need someone to compete with Apple TV where the only content you get is from iTunes. We needed something like Google TV for a while now. We needed a device to grab content from multiple (everything besides iTunes) sources and show it on our TV's. I think it's about time we moved on to the new century with TV.

What the heck is up with all these "unconfirmed" rumors from "unnamed sources" about the iPhone coming to Verizon... again? Last I checked, Apple had an exclusivity agreement with AT&T for a while and there are at least two (2) service providers in the US that work on the CDMA network. So when someone says, Apple is making a CDMA phone, it could mean Sprint, Verizon or someone else too. Anyways, but why the heck post unknown and unconfirmed rumors?

We have posted a new review of the XO Skins Motorola Droid X Full Body Protector :

"Are you thinking about about protecting your $200 smartphone that you just bought and now are locked in with it for the next two years? There are very cheap options available to meet your needs. I have used Zagg Invisible Shield before and thought that was the only good option available. Boy was I wrong!"

BayReviews.com was recently (within the last day or so) hacked. Some malicious code was running wild all over the site that may have infected computers with not so strong virus and firewall protection. The method used to hack the site is called SQL Injection that exploited a vulnerability in a section of the site (that has since been patched). The hack had intercepted all major pages of the site but most modern browsers may have detected the phishing. Our hosting provider is also keeping an eye on such activities in the future and they will catch and prevent this from happening again.
In any case, we were able to isolate the origin of the attack and have blocked it successfully. We have now also put in place a very good SQL Injection blocking agent on the site so this kind of thing will not happen again. We have also encrypted all login forms to make sure nothing is insecure.
As a result of this hack, some of the services had been delayed. News posting, price comparison updates and other automated tasks have were affected. We are happy to announce that all services are up and running just like before. We would also like to take this opportunity to apologize to those users who may have been a victim of the malicious scripts that were running on the site.
Note : As for now, our RSS feeds are offline as we are looking for better ways to implement that.

We have posted a new review of the Arctic Sound S111 Portable USB Speakers :

"Today we will be looking at the Arctic Sound portable USB speakers. These portable dice shaped speakers are stylish and pack more punch then I anticipated from such tiny speakers. Dimensions are 70 x 70 x 70 mm and weighing in at 494g you can take these speakers anywhere, without it being much of a hassle."
